People fascinate me and I have always enjoyed listening to them and trying to figure out what makes people ‘tick’. My love of travel has enabled me to be adventurous and I have met many interesting characters along the way.
My career started in hospitality and the airlines and after having a family, I took a happy, 14-year detour into primary education. Crucially I have enjoyed supporting and helping people whether that’s adults or children.

Having witnessed the effects of grief I trained as a bereavement counsellor with the charity CRUSE, but I wanted to be able to offer more, so I ventured into the world of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and I am thankful I did! Understanding how the mind works has enabled me to cope with some challenging situations and make positive changes to the way I think and how I manage my own life. I am now able to share this with others and help them to create the best versions of themselves.
